—————————————
Effective Saturday, December 26, Guelph and surrounding area will be moved from to the RED (Control) level, to LOCK DOWN as outlined in the provincial COVID-19 Response Framework: Keeping Ontario Safe and Open. Lock Down is expected to last until at least the end of January, meaning we will not be returning to work as scheduled for January 6. We apologize for the inconvenience, but keep in mind the city’s colour level is subject to change with little or no notice, affecting the services we can offer with each adjustment.
Please feel free to contact the studio if you have questions about how the changes in COVID-19 Levels may impact your appointment. When we are able to return to work, all other COVID measures will remain in effect, including the requirement to wear a mask and observe social distancing protocols. Please, do not bring guests to your appointment, as they will not be allowed to stay.
TATTOOS and LASER REMOVAL: LOCK DOWN means no services will be available. A return to Level RED or LEVEL ORANGE should not impact/or change your procedure. All COVID protocols will be in effect. We are trying to keep all tattoo related consultations online or by phone, to limit the number of people in the studio itself. Call us at 519-767-0801 for any tattoo related questions or to book.
BODY PIERCINGS: We have set up an online booking link (CLICK HERE) to make things easier, and it can also be found through our google page, Instagram and Facebook page, as well as our piercing page. This is an online portal for booking piercings ONLY.
MANDATORY SAFETY PROTOCOLS: Any and all persons entering Nighthawk Tattoo are REQUIRED to have a mask on, as per municipal/provincial regulations, and for the safety of our artists and clients. Please bring your own, otherwise you may have to purchase one from us. If you do not wear a mask, either by choice or due to a medical condition, we ask you to simply hold off on making an appointment until such times as when the mandatory mask requirements have been lifted and we can safely accommodate you.
There will be a hand sanitizer station at the entrance to the studio, and must be used upon entry. Please limit the amount of personal effects you bring into the shop, as bags, bulky items, coats etc will not be allowed into the tattooing/piercing areas. Cell phones will need to be wiped down with disinfectant if you choose to have them out in the studio.
No visitors or support people will be permitted in the shop at this time. Clients only. For minors receiving piercings (under 16 years of age, an accompanying adult is allowed).
This will not be news to you, but obviously if you are feeling any cold or flu-like symptoms; have left the country in the last 14 days; or have come into contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, please call or email to reschedule your appointment. Showing up sick will get you sent home. Please, be considerate!
The health and safety of our clients, artists and the community around us are our top priority. If you have any questions about any of the above, or to talk to staff about tattoos or piercing appointments, please reach out either by email or phone.
